DRINK WATER!!!

Our bodies need lots of water to stay hydrated. A great way to know if you are drinking enough pure water is to take your body weight and divide it by two. The number you get is the number of ounces you should drink in a day. For example: if you weigh 130 pounds, you should drink 65 ounces of water every 24 hours. I know that sounds like a lot but once you do it for a while, it’s not difficult at all. You will definitely notice an increase in urination, but that is good. It is cleansing to your kidneys and all of your organs.
